What to visit – Third Day:
On my last day in Vienna, I started to feel homesick so I decided to have breakfast at Nata Lisboa. Hmm what a delicious Pastel de Nata I had!!!
I thought of starting the day with some fun so I headed to Prater, an amusement park with the famous Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel. I tried the roller coaster, of course, so much fun and after that I had some candy floss to put my sugar levels up!
- Nearest Tube Station: Praterstern Bf (U1 or U2 Lines)
Hoher Markt – The oldest square in Vienna where it used to have a medieval market and roman ruins from 2 and 3 centuries are still visible today. Check the famous clock Anker-Uhr on the north side of this square.
- Nearest Tube Station: Schwedenplatz (U1 Line)
Naschmarkt – I love markets, and this one was no exception. There are a lot of restaurants and the prices are not too bad!
- Nearest Tube Station: Kettenbrückengasse or Karlsplatz (U1, U2 or U4 Lines)
Hundertwasserhaus – This is a very cute residential building and the area around it is quite good to buy some souvenirs.
- Nearest Tube Station: Landstraße-Wien Mitte (U3 or U4 lines). Go towards Landstraßer Hauptstraße and turn left. Walk until Seidlgasse, then Kegelgasse and turn right until you reach Hudertwasserhaus. It’s only 10 minutes walking.
And this was my last day in Vienna. Do you know other places to visit in Vienna? Let me know in the comments 🙂
